Coronavirus Informational Updates

CBL is engaged and actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As updates to our business hours or important information regarding the financial impact of the virus are made available, they will be posted below.

Branch Hours and Availability

Based on the recommendations by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), we will be limiting our lobby traffic during the Coronavirus pandemic to protect our staff and customers. Effective March 25th, our lobbies will remain closed to the public. Customers that need to meet with a banker may call ahead to schedule an appointment to come inside. During this time, we encourage all customers to use our drive thru, ATM, and telephone or internet banking.

At this time our business hours are not changing. Please note that our Downtown Shreveport office will be closed until further notice. We can be reached by phone from 8:30-4:30, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30-5:00 on Friday. Contact information and drive thru hours for your local branch can be found on our Locations page.

Please remember that you can utilize our online, mobile, and telephone banking 24 hours a day from home.

Using these services you can:

  • Transfer funds between accounts
